Why is this a 52 Day Program??

I love the book of Nehemiah in the Bible.

Part of Nehemiah's story is about rebuilding the walls around Jerusalem that protected the city and the Temple. For 70 years many had tried to rebuild them and failed. 

Nehemiah finished in 52 days what others couldn't do in 70 years. He succeeded because he relied on God's power to help him, he surrounded himself with the right people and he kept his eye on the work God was calling him to. 

If you've tried for years to build healthier habits but haven't been able to stay consistent, this program is for you. 

We will show you how God's power is what you need. AND you will learn new habits and routines so you can lose weight and have more strength, energy, peace & joy!

Here's what the 52 Days will look like

February 1

You’ll receive an email from your FW Leader. She will connect you with your group's contact information, share your daily inspiration, workouts and audio meditation. She will also ask your availability to meet as a group on Zoom. We believe it's important that the group sees each other so they feel more connected. Your group will decide that best way for them to connect moving forward (email, text, zoom, other app)If you signed up for coaching, our FW Coach will email you so you can set up you two 45 minute coaching sessions. 

 

Daily

You will receive a daily email that shares super inspirational and informative tips when it comes to your Faith, Fitness & Food. Also sent daily our workout video suggestions (4 options with different fitness level)

 

Weekly Check-In

Each week your FW Leader will ask you to commit to activities that you feel are important to help you reach your goals. You will share them with your group which will add accountability. At the end of the week your FW Leader will check-in to see if you accomplished them. If you did we will celebrate, if you didn't she will help you to understand why you didn't and help you to come up with a plan moving forward. There will also be chat back and forth with the rest of your group so you can encourage each other and even more importantly pray for one another. 

If you are fairly new to faith or still figuring out what you believe you are SO welcome here. We will never put you on the spot and ask you to do something you're not comfortable with.

 

Weekly Material

During each week you will receive a meal plan with a grocery list, step by step plan and clickable recipes. 

We will also send you a weekly audio message that may include scripture meditation, promptings to help you feel God's presence…. it's about slowing down for 5-10 minutes so you can just be with God and hear from Him. 

 

Live Sessions:

When you sign up we ask what is the best time for Live sessions. Based off those responses we will select times to meet LIVE. There is something powerful about everyone being together. We will include:

1 Live Cooking Class

1 Live Bible Study

 

Celebration:

At the end of our 52 days we will gather to share our victories and celebrate all the God did through 52Strong!

Founder of Faithful Workouts and the mother of 3 super cool adult children, I’ve been married to Jeff for 30 years and I love my dogs! I eat really healthy about 80% of the time but still enjoy a glass of wine, great bread & french fries.

 

I love to cook, I don’t have six pack abs (never have), I LOVE to laugh, and never take myself too seriously.

WHEN DOES IT START AND END?

This 52 day program starts February 1st and concludes March 24th.

 

HOW WILL I PARTICIPATE IN THESE SESSIONS?

Your group will meet on Zoom and then as a group decide if you prefer text, email or an app. 

 

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE THE LIVE SESSIONS?

The sessions will be recorded and you will have forever access to them through a recording link. 

 

WHAT DOES THE $99 SESSION INCLUDE?

Small Group with FW Leader, Zoom call with group to start then text or email communications, weekly check-ins, weekly meditations with journal prompts to help you gain a deeper clarity of your goals and how to accomplish them, cooking class where we share our best tips to save time in the kitchen, live workouts, positive and encouraging accountability, connection through community to set you up for long term success. This early bird pricing ends January 23rd!

 

WHAT DOES THE $174 WITH COACHING INCLUDE?

Two (2) 45 minute private coaching sessions + all that's included in the $99 52Strong Program.

CAN FRIENDS JOIN WITH ME AND BE PLACED IN THE SAME SMALL GROUP?

Absolutely! After you and your friend(s) sign up, send an email to sarah@faithfulworkouts.com and she will be happy to help coordinate this. 

 

I WORK FULL TIME. CAN I FIT THIS PROGRAM INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?

We make time for what's important. If getting stronger physically and spiritually is a priority in your life, this program will show you how you to make shifts in your mindset that is holding you back, how get the most out of the time you exercise, how to prepare easy healthy meals and how to live life with more joy. 

 

DO I HAVE TO BE IN GREAT SHAPE TO JOIN?

No, we meet you right where you are to help you create a plan that will work for you. We have workouts for every fitness level.
